Setting Reply Just Once for Auto Reply on All Accounts

Synopsis:

You can use the MailboxTemplate account to enable the 'Reply Just Once' option on ALL your MailSite hosted accounts.

More Information:

Locate the 'MailBoxTemplate' account within the default domain and open the properties
Select 'Enable auto reply' and 'Reply just once' in the mailboxtemplate.
De-Select 'Enable auto reply'.

The 'Reply just once' option will be selected and grayed out. For any user that enables their auto reply, the 'Reply just once' option will automatically be enabled for them.

Note: Changes on the Mailboxtemplte account will reflect on all other accounts in MailSite where the property has not already been explicitly defined on that Mailbox. The password property of Mailboxtemplate is independent of all other passwords.
