When a new license key is entered that enables Calendaring for a limited number of mailboxes, Mailsite reports that there are too many accounts with Calendaring enabled and the option cannot be turned on until enough accounts have it disabled. When you go to the Domain Properties, the option to disable Calendaring for the domain is grayed out. The option to turn off Calendaring in the Mailbox properties is grayed out as well.

This can be fixed by making 2 changes to the registry. Before making any changes to the registry, please make a backup of it.

1. Click the start button, click run, type regedit
2. Navigate to the following directory: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rockliffe\Mailsite\CalendarMgr
3. Delete the key "CalendarOn"
4. Modify the value on "CalendarRemit" from 0 to 2
5. Restart Mailsite

This will now enable the Calendaring options in the Domain Properties. Disable Calendaring in all of your domains and ensure Calendaring is not checked on the MailboxTemplate account within the Default domain.

Next, open the Calendaring options in the server tab. Click on Server, then Calendaring on the right portion of the window. Check "Enable Calendaring on this server" and choose "Enable for configured domains/mailboxes". Mailsite should now accept those settings instead of giving an error.

To enable calendaring for specific users:

1. Open the Domain Properties of the domain the user belongs to.
2. Near the bottom of the menu, click "Enable Calendaring for configured mailboxes in this domain", click OK.
3. Go to the properties of that users mailbox and check Calendaring.
