Express VBScript error - 'objFolder.DownloadSorted

Synopsis:

Express user logs in to their account and receives the following error: An exception occurred: 'objFolder.DownloadSortedEnvelopeList'

Symptoms:

When your mailbox contains a malformed message, which does not contain a fully qualified return address for example:"From:@foobar.com" and you sorted your messages by: FROM you will receive the error.

Resolution:

This issue is resolved in MailSite 5.2.5 and above, which can be downloaded from http://www.rockliffe.com/userroom/ You will now be able to view your Inbox without the error you where receiving before.
