Upgrading to MailSite version 5 from older versions

Synopsis:

The upgrade process to version 5 requires version 4.5.6. To upgrade from previous versions, an upgrade path must be followed.

Be sure to review knowledge base article 10053 to upgrade from these versions first.

Once you have upgraded to 4.5.6, continue with the upgrade instructions below.

Back up your current MailSite installation
Download MailSite 4.5.6 setup from the Rockliffe FTP site
Download the latest version of MailSite 5.x from the user room
Upgrade from version 4.5.6 to version 5.x using the referenced key below:

This 4.5.6 reference KEY is strictly for use with the upgrade process from version 4.5.6 to version 5.x, it is not a valid key and it is expired: 2400-0643-00A1-1E3D-83B7
